The Sasquatch is a return top produced by CLYW as a signature series model of Alex Berenguel. It was first released in 2010.
Description[]
The Sasquatch features an extremely similar profile to the Gnarwhal, but its rims are thinner due to the former's larger size. However, the Sasquatch's rims are heavier, along with their thinness providing a curve to the inner side faces. This also makes for a more stable spin, too. It also plays a little slower and heavier on the string than the faster-playing Avalanche with a bit less float.
It has a flowable silicone response system as stock, along with a standard steel C-bearing. The Sasquatch was also produced in a variety of eye-catching splash and speckle anodizations with a finish guaranteeing effective grinding.

Sasquatch (2014)[]
In 2014, CLYW re-released the Sasquatch with some changes to the original version's design. The recesses are widened to accommodate CLYW's Snow Tire response pad system, and the catch zone has a slight step out near the string gap. The new 'Squatch has heavier rims than the original, with some weight shaved from the side hubs along with the distribution from the new pad recesses and wider string gap. This makes the return top spin even longer with more stability than ever.
Along with the Snow Tire pads, the '14 Sasquatch also features a generic 10-ball C-bearing, though some runs of the return top came with the usual Center Trac. The return top also comes in a variety of splash and speckle anodizations with a grind-happy Gruntbull blast finish.
