Daisuke Shimada (A.K.A. "Shima") is a Japanese 3A player and renowned yo-yo modder. Shima is a former member of Team YoYoJam and Team Others

After the 2005 WYYC, he shared the distinction of the player with the most World titles (four) along with Shinji Saito, the latter has since surpassed this record.

In 2010, he took his expertise and used it to start his own yo-yo manufacturing company, YoYoJoker, debuting with the DoubleJoker yo-yo.
