Dale Bell was the founder, owner and head engineer of YoYoJam. He was personally responsible for the design of the Night Moves series of yo-yos. He had also participated in The Great Race back in 2003. Due to health issues over the last several years, Bell decided that he would have YoYoJam close its doors and retire, to lessen the stress on his body. On December 30th, 2015, YoYoJam was officially closed down.
