David Hall is the owner of Dave's Skill Toys. He is also an avid collector, with one of the largest collections on the planet. A large part of his collection is on display at the Museum of Yo-Yo History, a site created by him and other yo-yo enthusiast as the largest on-line collection of yo-yos and memorabilia.
David's Store was a prominent web site during the early online days of the yo-yo community in the late 1990s. David's store slowly dropped out of prominence finally closing its doors in October 2008. According to Dave a major reason for the close was his disillusionment with the online yo-yo community. He also closed operations of the Museum of Yo-Yo History which he operated but opened it again a year later.
