The Dif-Con 1 is a machined aluminum yo-yo with a multi-stepped, H-shaped profile. Typical of Dif-e-Yo's works, it comes included with a C-sized KonKave bearing that centers the string to allow for complex tricks. Its 0.45" deep pad pockets could accommodate either .555-size response pads (comes included with a pair of silicone Dif-Binders) or filled with flowable silicone.

- The Dif-Con 1 was Frank Difeo's last ever yo-yo design before his death in March 2024.
