The Hi-Power is the most basic yo-yo in Shinwoo's line-up. It is made of plastic with a convex shape, starburst response and a transaxle sleeve. Its side caps come in different designs.
The Hi-Power is a yo-yo for absolute beginners, with the transaxle sleeve ideal for learning some of the basic sleeping tricks, and the body profile is good for looping play.
Also released was the Hi-Power Light, which featured a Fire Circuit, an LED light-up system that activates when the yo-yo is in play.
