The QU4DRO by YoYoFactory is a metal yo-yo originally released exclusively in Europe, later released worldwide. It was designed in cooperation by four players from Team YoYoFactory Europe; Mateusz Ganc, Kojo Boison, Vashek Kroutil and Dave Geigle. Each player has chosen a color, respectively; Gold, black, violet and green. Each color features laser-engraved signatures of the players.
It comes pre-assembled with a narrow "half SPEC" bearing for tug response, and includes a full-sized SPEC bearing for intermediate- to professional-level play.
The QU4DRO's shape and size are similar to the DV888, but the profile is straightened out into a Step Straight shape, with the inner rims angled inward, giving the impression of a full-metal Protostar.
