The Cabal is a yo-yo produced by One Drop, released on June 22nd, 2016.
Description[]
It is their second plastic yo-yo after the Rally, only this time, it's machined out of delrin with flat aluminum side hubs for a clean look. The Cabal features a rounded shape for nostalgia, but with some modern day touches, such as silicone Flow Groove response, a 10-ball C-bearing, a diamond cut finish and the same axle system as used in the Rally. Because delrin is less dense than aluminum, the body is made to be thicker than usual in order for the yo-yo to weigh as much as a full-metal yo-yo.
