The Zombie is a yo-yo that was first released in 2010 as part of the Pocket Pros line by Razor.
Description[]
The Zombie is a yo-yo machined out of 100% aircraft-grade aluminum, and boasts a long-lasting Slick Six string, along with a silicone brake pad system for a quick and smooth response, and a ball bearing axle for long spin times. The pads are also reversible, with one side being flat, and the other having a starburst-like texture. Because of its retail price of around $20 or lower, it is one of the least expensive metal yo-yos on the market today.
2010 version[]
The original version of the Zombie first released in 2010 featured a v-notched ABEC-7 C-bearing.
2012 version[]
The 2012 version boasts a "Gold Pro" bearing, which is made in a non-standard size and is plated in 18 karat gold.
Current Version[]
The Gold Pro bearing did not truly catch on, and Pocket Pros has since switched to a standard high-performance C-bearing.
