The Start the Riot is a yo-yo produced by YoYoRecreation as a product of the Rebellion sub-brand. It was released on February 14th, 2016.
Description[]
A major departure from the other models of the Rebellion line-up, the new Start the Riot features a bi-metallic body composition of aluminum and four stainless steel weight rings. The weight rings are arranged in a double-rimmed design, similar to yo-yos such as the CLYW Chief and the YoYoFactory Avant Garde 2. This makes for both a powerful spin and a soft feeling of play, resulting from the inner steel rings helping to centralize the overall weight distribution. Of course, it features silicone CBC Pad response and a concave bearing.
Because it is a bi-metal yo-yo, it costs more than the other models in the Rebellion range at around $140 USD.
