The Addict is produced by SPYY, it is technically their third design, but their second commercially released return top. It was the follow-up to the very successful Radian Mk II. It was first produced in December 2006 in a deep red color. They later released a green version of the yo-yo, which featured a beadblasted finish and came included with a drawstring bag for storage.

The Addiction is a variant of the Addict that has a larger C-bearing and grooves for flowable silicone, instead of the original's Dif Pad response.
