Shinwoo is a Korean yo-yo manufacturer, well known for good quality at an affordable price. Shinwoo yo-yos are sold internationally with some models appearing in US online stores. Outside of the US, some yo-yos are sold with a counterweight, which is not permissable in the US due to the Steve Brown (licenced to Duncan) patent on this style of play.
