Not to be confused with the Super Raider, which shares the same Chinese name.
The Stealth Raider (超速雷達, 'supersonic raider') is an auto-return yo-yo produced for the Super Yo-Yo line of yo-yos. It is among the Super Advanced level yo-yos in that line, and shares the same characteristics as the Fire Star.
It features a crossed four-clutch system based on the Yomega Power Brain XP, that automatically returns the yo-yo to the user's hand when it begins to slow down. However, this can be disabled using a switch on the side of the yo-yo. Disabling the auto-return feature makes it behave similarly to a Fireball.
It also features a light-up function similar to the Yomega Lightbeam, with 4 multi-colored LED's that light up as the yo-yo spins, and turns off when the yo-yo isn't spinning. The only difference is that this yo-yo only has lights on one side of the yo-yo.
Trivia[]
- The character depicted on one side of the yo-yo is Seito Hojoin, in the exact same pose and same background design used in the Super Dragon.
- The Stealth Raider took its name from the Yomega Stealth Raider from the original late-1990s Hyper Yo-Yo line. In spite of this, the Super Yo-yo version is not the same as the Yomega Stealth Raider.
