Not to be confused with another yo-yo in the line of the same name, based on the YoTech Power Gear.
The Super Dragon (超速の龍 or 超速之龍), also known in later editions as Super Hyper Dragon, is an auto-return yo-yo produced for the Super Yo-Yo line of yo-yos. It is among the Super Advanced level yo-yos in that line, and shares the same characteristics as the Golden Fire and Super Dragon Supreme.
It features a floating-clutch system based on the Yomega Power Brain, that automatically returns the yo-yo to the user's hand when it begins to slow down. This system can also be disabled by removing the rubber o-ring from its axle sleeve, making it behave similarly to a Fireball.
It also features a light-up function similar to the Yomega Lightbeam, with 4 multi-colored LED's that light up as the yo-yo spins, and turns off when the yo-yo isn't spinning. The only difference is that this yo-yo only has lights on one side of the yo-yo.

- The character depicted on one side of the yo-yo is Seito Hojoin.
- It is loosely named after the Bandai Hyper Dragon, a yo-yo that was featured in Super Yo-Yo.
