Team Off-String (originally named Team Off-Strings) (TOS for short) was a group of yo-yo players based in Japan. It was dedicated to forwarding the advancement of offstring play.
It was formed in 1999 by Hironori Mii, inspired by the spreading popularity of offstring play in Japan caused by demonstrations held by Team Hyper Viper, and the showcasing of offstring tricks in CoroCoro Comic.
From 1999 to 2001, Team Off-String had participated at Worlds in the Team Division, all gaining high-placed finishes. Eventually, in 2003, the team was disbanded as its members went their own separate ways for their own endeavors.
