The Ti-Yo was the first ever and only  yo-yo developed by Ti2 Design in collaboration with Sonny Patrick, one of the co-owners of Anti-Yo. It was released in 2015.

It was designed using parasolid modeling software to achieve a target weight between 65 to 68 grams, and is machined out of Grade 5 titanium (alloy 6AI4V) to precise specifications. The Ti-Yo features a high-grade C-bearing with silicone CBC Pads in the popular Large Slim size, and a fully-machined brass axle. Keeping the yo-yo together are two flathead screws that screw into the sides of the axle. Unscrewing the screws helps to disassemble the yo-yo for maintenance purposes. This yo-yo also comes included with a Kitty Strings 1.5 nylon/polyester blend string.

The Ti-Yo also came in a variety of colorways, and was finished in four different ways;

  • Hand-brushed
  • Blast-O-Tumble finished in eight different color options or color combinations on customer request
  • PVD (physical vapor deposition) coated (Black Edition only)
  • Lazano finished (Proprietary process. Blast-O-Tumble combined with laser engraving to allow for high-resolution color graphics on the titanium body. Graphics are customer-requested.)

  • Luftverk's yo-yos are also made of Grade 5 titanium, which is commonly used in medical implants.
