This is the most basic mount in frontstyle and probably the first a new player ever learns. It is the basis of tricks such as Braintwister and Skin the Cat.
A great way to practice the Over Mount and Under Mount is the trick Over and Under.

Step 1: Throw a Sleeper. Let the yo-yo swing towards you... |

Step 2: ...against your free hand index finger... |

Step 3: ...swinging around it... |

Step 5: ...the string. Now give a lttle slack with your throw hand, allowing the yo-yo to pull the string with it and... |
