The IOU is a delrin yo-yo first released at the 2015 Bay Area Classic by Alex Kim (owner of T'chotchkie and Recreational Revolution) under a new company name: Vegan Cupcake Parlor (abbreviated as VCP).
Description[]
During the 2015 BAC, Alex Kim failed to pay for the sponsorship package that he had signed up for. As a result, the VCP booth was dismantled, and all profits and products were confiscated to compensate for the missing payment. The originally untitled delrin yo-yo that was being sold at the VCP booth was fittingly titled the "IOU" by Johnnie Delvalle, and it was sold on YoYoBESTBUY since then.
The IOU is made of machined delrin with unique aluminum side caps. It sports an H-shaped inverse-round profile with a large, stepped catch zone. Additionally, it comes with a grooved concave C-bearing and silicone Large Slim pads from CBC.
