The L1 Hurricane Retro is a yo-yo produced by Yicheng Luo, released in May of 2015.
Description[]
The L1 Hurricane Retro is a modernized redesign of the original Hurricane yo-yo to keep up with current standards. It has that distinctive organic Butterfly shape for a comfortable feeling on the hand and a unique feeling on the string. Machined from 7075 aluminum and with the weight being distributed on the outer rims, the yo-yo plays quickly, maneuvers fast and true, and is very stable and long-spinning. It is also fitted with a genuine KonKave C-bearing from Dif-e-Yo and 19mm silicone response pads.
This new version of the legendary Hurricane has all the makings of a competition-level yo-yo with all of its features. Like with the original, the Hurricane Retro can also be fitted with removable rubber weight rings to increase the yo-yo's weight.
For its first release, a special edition celebrating the Chinese New Year, in which case being the Year of the Sheep, featuring magnificent laser-engraved designs designed with the theme. Each yo-yo also comes with an elegant drawstring bag for storage.
