The Chaser is a yo-yo released in 2011 by YoYoJam as a signature series model of Hiroyuki Suzuki.
Description[]
The Chaser is the first YoYoJam yo-yo to feature an Inverse Round shape, which served to minimize friction from the string. Similar to the Legacy series, it had internal metal weight rings beneath the side caps that served to work with the shape to keep the yo-yo spinning as long as possible. The extended sleeping allowed the user more opportunities to link complicated tricks together in combos. It also featured a Solid Spin Axle, allowing the user to put in a wider C-bearing (a Speed Bearing especially) for advanced, unresponsive play.
Hiroyuki Suzuki himself had used a Chaser to compete and win 1st place in the All in One Yo-Yo Contest, proving that it could hold up against some of the more expensive metal yo-yos, especially from YoYoJam's own line-up.
Also released was a bi-metal version of the yo-yo, developed as a collaboration model between YoYoJam and Hiroyuki Suzuki's yo-yo store, YoYoAddict.
