The Hurricane Alpha was a yo-yo produced by YoYoJam in the early 2000s as part of a series of limited edition looping yo-yos with each model named after a letter in the Greek alphabet.

It is a plastic looping yo-yo, much like the original Hurricane yo-yo, but with a more traditional profile similar to the Duncan Imperial. It was designed by YoYoJam in one of a number of attempts to perfect the ultimate looping yo-yo.
The Hurricane Alpha came in blue and in clear, with the latter having the lower-case symbol for Alpha (α). It was also released in black as the "Hurricane Beta".
