The Triple Jam is a composite-material yo-yo released in 2006 by YoYoJam. It is the signature series model of not one, but three members of Team YoYoJam; Hiroyuki Suzuki, John Narum, and Ben Conde. The Triple Jam first debuted at the 2006 World Yo-Yo Contest, where an exclusive Worlds 2006 Special Edition of the yo-yo was distributed.
Another aspect that gives the Triple Jam its name, is that it is constructed of not one, but three different materials; A plastic body that has Heavy Gravity rims with hard rubber rings around them. This would make the yo-yo versatile for 1A, 3A, 4A, and 5A. It also features the usual hybrid O-ring/starburst response system and a large C-bearing.
Trivia[]
- The Sengoku Hideyoshi is a yo-yo that is also made of three different materials, or in which case, three different metals.
