The Apollo is the first offstring yo-yo produced by YoyoZeekio. It was first released in 2013.

Named after the Greek God of the Sun, it is a delrin model designed to be well-balanced and well-built with a long, smooth and stable spin. Its string gap width is ideal for regeneration tricks.

The yo-yo also comes in a nice variety of opaque colors, so that players could pick out the color that they like the most. It also features a stainless steel C-bearing and silicone pad response.

All of these qualities had lead up to the Apollo becoming a success, resulting in the advent of its second-generation model, the Apollo II.

The Apollo II, released in 2014, is the successor to the original Apollo yo-yo, now coming in a variety of two-toned colorways. With a small tweak to the yo-yo's profile, the user can land some of the more difficult maneuvers.

Constructed out of delrin like the original, the Apollo II is well-built, well-balanced, and has a smooth and stable spin. Its string gap is also ideal for regenerations.

It is a favorite throw of yoyoZeekio team member Philip White, who had used the Apollo II to win multiple competitions.
